Task Adapter 2.2: better Assignee field transfer

Task Adapter version 2.2 has 1 new feature and 3 important bugfixes:

* Support assignee transfer from Redmine to other systems, like JIRA

Bugfixes:</p>

* Microsoft Project: Assignee is not saved properly to MSP in some cases * Redmine: default task type is shown as "null" in Redmine Editor for a new config * JIRA: Estimated Time field is not shown in Fields Mapping panel for JIRA
